Working under pressure &#8211; with limited time and unusual materials (our specialty) we were one of 3 awards. Go team!]]></description>

Look for future news for our next event this summer. It&#8217;s a great cause and we are happy to support our staff and their families!]]></description>

McGuire earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a board member of Papa&#8217;s House International; a non-profit involved in international relief work and is currently designing an orphanage and school in Uganda, Africa.</p>
<p>Originally from Illinois, McGuire currently resides in Chula Vista with his wife and their five children.<br />
David Mann has been involved for the past eight years with the firm&#8217;s Hospitality &amp; Entertainment Studio, working on projects like the Marriott Edition Hotel renovation in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Hotel Solamar and Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and most recently the 250 room Legoland Hotel in Carlsbad. Joining the firm in 2000, Mann also has experience with Delawie&#8217;s Corporate and Life Sciences Studio, working on many biotech and corporate projects. Mann earned his Bachelor&#8217;s of Architecture and B.S. in Environmental Design at Ball State University. He has been a licensed California architect for 20 years, becoming a LEED Accredited Professional in 2010.</p>
