Sam Beard Named Principal at Delawie

With over a decade of design experience, Sam Beard has been promoted to Principal at Delawie. He started with the firm in 2012 and rejoined in 2021. Previously elevated to Associate in 2022, Beard brings his blend of design and project management experience to the leadership team at Delawie.

Most recently spearheading the completion of The Bower (Coronado, Calif.), a 39-room boutique hotel for long-time Delawie client J Street, Sam is also behind the design efforts of The Farms Golf Club Performance Center as well as a number of other projects spanning Education, Hospitality and Science + Technology studios.

Beard joins Principals Mike Asaro, LEED AP, Frank Ternasky, LEED AP, Greg McClure, LEED AP BD+C, Dave Irelan, LEED AP, Michael McGuire, Alison Morita, and Matt Simon.
