Marc Mitterando Promoted to Senior Associate

Marc Mitterando has been an Associate since 2017 and with Delawie since 2003. He has over 27 years of experience as a Designer and Project Manager. Marc has a vast level of experience in many building types and complexities. He is now a Senior Associate promoted by Delawie leadership.

Marc is currently the Project Manager of the Navy Inn and NEX on Naval Amphibious Base Coronado (Coronado, Calif.). He was integral to the success of the largest coastal development in Oceanside, Calif. spearheading both The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Beach Resorts as Project Manager. Both properties opened in 2021.

Mitterando joins Senior Associates Clayton Herndon, LEED AP and Wan Su Lim, LEED AP.
