Trio Promoted to Associate

Keith Edwards, Associate

Edwards has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s corporate and government projects since joining Delawie in 2021. As Project Manager, he has successfully led an array of projects for Qualcomm, NAVFAC Southwest and others.

Wyatt Chapman, Associate

Chapman has over decade of design experience with expertise in design-build delivery method. Since joining Delawie one year ago, he has been a key contributor to several high-profile NAVFAC Southwest projects, including the Navy Inn and NEX at Naval Base Coronado.

Ricky Gardner, Associate

Gardner has been with Delawie since 2017 and has been a driving force behind numerous Hospitality + Entertainment projects. He was integral to the success of Kona Village Resort where he focused on the Cultural Center and Kahuawi Cookhouse.
