Promoted to Principal in 2023, Alison has been with Delawie since 2005. She has managed a variety of education, hospitality and life science projects. Alison is currently Project Manager for the Helen Woodward Animal Education Center and Eldorado Country Club’s Fitness & Spa Facility.

Previously, Alison served as the Project Architect for BioLegend’s campus master plan and corporate headquarters – a San Diego-based biotech company and Montage Healdsburg – a luxury resort in Northern California.

Her expertise in hospitality design is exemplified by the execution of large-scale hotel, private club and corporate projects while her higher education commissions have included several projects for San Diego Community College District’s Mesa College.
