Promoted to Principal in 2023, Dave Irelan has been with Delawie since 2013. He was previously promoted to Senior Associate in 2019.
He is currently the Project Manager of the Garden Street Hotel and several ongoing projects for Pechanga Resort & Casino. Dave was most recently the Project Manager of Directors Science Park
and previously served as Project Manager for the 695,000 SF Pechanga Resort & Casino Expansion in Temecula, CA.
Dave manages all phases of projects and utilizes a wealth of knowledge and talent working closely with contractors, clients, consultants and governing agencies to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget and of the highest quality.
