With more than 30 years of experience in design, construction, and project management, Frank Ternasky has led a variety of corporate, hospitality, and life science projects throughout his career. He is nationally recognized for his architectural designs that exemplify sustainable strategies across a broad range of scales and typologies.

Ternasky joined Delawie in 1997 and was promoted to Principal in 2002. His diverse portfolio spans a variety of clients, uses, and building construction types.

Over the past decade, Frank has led many of the firm’s premier hospitality projects, including Marriott’s Moxy Hotel in downtown San Diego and the Mission Pacific Beach Resort and The Seabird Resort—projects that together represent the most significant oceanfront development in San Diego County in over 50 years.
