Michael McGuire, a licensed California Architect, with almost 30 years of professional experience came Principal in 2022. He was promoted to Associate in 2012. The majority Michael’s experience is in project management, construction administration and construction management of fast-track projects.
With Delawie for 12 years prior, McGuire rejoined Delawie in 2022 after serving as a Campus Operations Pastor with the Rock Church San Diego for six years. While with the Rock Church, McGuire focused on leadership and organizational development.
Michael blends his architectural and management experience to mentor the Delawie staff and foster leadership opportunities.
