Promoted to Associate in 2025, Ricky Gardner has been with Delawie for over seven years, bringing more than a decade of architectural experience with a focus on Corporate and Hospitality + Entertainment commissions.

As Project Manager for Kona Village Resort—one of the largest construction projects in the State of Hawaii—Ricky led the design efforts for guestrooms and suites (hales in Hawaiian), the Cultural Center, and Kahuwai Cookhouse. He remains integral to several ongoing projects, including the oversight and design of branded residences for a Rosewood Resort in Calistoga, California.

A San Diego native, Ricky grew up surfing and hiking throughout the region, with his adventures in nature fueling his creativity. These passions and perspectives shape his design solutions, seamlessly blending beauty and functionality.
