Sam Beard was promoted to Associate in 2022. With a decade of experience, Beard rejoined the Delawie team in 2021, having started his career with the firm in 2012. Currently serving as the Project Manager of the Villa Capri By The Sea redevelopment, Sam also has a number of hospitality projects in various phases of design development as well as life science projects under management.
