Delawie completed the 28,000 design of a speculative lab for Sterling Bay West including exterior patio spaces with trellis and enclosures for the generator and storage. In the midst of the project, a tenant signed a lease and Delawie proceeded to complete the tenant improvement design for the client with a mix of lab and office space.
