Delawie provided architectural and interior design services for the remodel of NetZero Plus Electrical Training Institute headquarters. The 145,000 SF building is the largest net zero energy, commercial retrofit in the United States. The design implemented exterior solar shading wall, high Solar Reflective Index roofing and Electrochromic glass.

Net zero is further achieved, in part, by utilizing high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, high-performance insulation and passive ventilation via large, efficient ceiling fans.
