P-636 Child Development Center

Delawie provided design services for a Child Development Center at Naval Base Point Loma, a design-build pursuit which was not constructed.

Open for children ages between 6 weeks and five years, the space provides a nurturing environment with safety and welfare in mind. Each child activity room provides space for children to eat, sleep, play and learn. There are multiple child activity rooms for infant/pre-toddlers and toddler/preschooler.

The CDC includes the director’s office and assistant director offices, training rooms, staff lockers and a break room.
