The project provides comprehensive design, engineering, and construction support for Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) Training, Applied Instruction, and Administrative Operations at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.

The scope encompasses two primary components:

Building 637 Renovation
The renovation and expansion of the existing 22,180 GSF two-story medical office building (Building 637) includes updating medical treatment rooms, adding an outdoor changing area, and creating new offices on the second deck.

The 600 GSF addition incorporates a new passenger elevator, miscellaneous entry canopies, and exterior structures providing shade and visual privacy to enhance building accessibility and functionality.

BTC Boat Support Facility
The new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) provides a dedicated boat maintenance and repair facility featuring a high bay, pull-through enclosed work area for boat maintenance operations, staff locker rooms, and office areas. The 26,310 GSF facility includes a large yard area with covered storage and wash-down areas.
Together, these facilities total approximately 49,090 GSF and provide modernized medical, administrative, and specialized boat maintenance capabilities essential to Naval Special Warfare training and operations.
