Delawie delivered architectural and interior design services for two significant projects: P-949, a 33,000-square-foot Applied Instruction Facility, and P-950, a 40,000-square-foot Training Facility, both designed to support the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Center Advanced Training Command.

These facilities bring together various programs, including Sniper/Reconnaissance, Detachment Coronado, ATC Dive Operations, ATC Air Operations, and Foreign Language, consolidating them into a unified space. Additionally, an adjacent project combines Combatives, Communications, N3X, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) programs.

Extensive site improvements involved infrastructure, parking, vehicular circulation, a synthetic training field and UAS training. Sustainability was integrated with the use of recycled content in materials, recycled water for irrigation and passive thermal comfort.
